THE MISTLETOE OF CONSENT

Consent is an essential topic, one that is debated, disputed and fills our social media feeds on a regular basis. But, consent isn’t created equal. On average, 9 out of 10 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities will experience some form of sexual assault in their lifetime.

The challenge here is to provide education to give people living with these disabilities knowledge and power over what is right/wrong so they can navigate their choices with dignity.
